“It went well the job took a little longer than expected and the quality was a little off. I attribute that partly to the weather. It rained a better part of the two weeks it took to finish the project. I believe with better weather it would of been complete within a week. “This was our second project with Artisan concrete specialist. The first project was a patio that was added newly to the back of our house to help compliment our outdoor sitting area by our pool. They came in after another contractor did not want to complete the job. Artisan came in listened to what we wanted and complete the patio and added a touch of style to the border instead of leaving it plain. Our friends an family complimented the finished work.
This second project was replacing a 25 year old patio which had cracked over the years. They came and removed the concrete and layed the stone. Artisan offered a few suggestions on what type of cement and style of stamping. In the end, the project went very well. This group is very responsive, does excellent quality of work. They are easy to work with, listens to the customers and want to make them happy, the customer satisfaction is very important. I would recommend Artisan to anyone looked for quality cement work.”
“Atila and his team were great to work with from the first meeting. On time, timely estimate, great price. He was present and working with his team just about all the time. This was a huge job. It was completed from first excavation to final finishing touches in 8 work days and if I recall there was some off time due to rain. Atila did a great job grading driveway and patio away from the house. This company does not see obstacles, they see resolutions. Most of the concrete work was regular concrete, except for the patio. That is stamped concrete and Atila et el used perfect blending colors and finishing. We love it!!! He is very creative, with a great eye to design. We have gotten so many compliments on all the work. His attention to detail, fine finishing, clean-up and can-do work ethic is much appreciate by this home owner. And in case anyone is wondering, no, we had no relationship with this company or any of its workers prior to this job.”
“He did a great job! He kept to his schedule, was here on time, didn’t jack the price up, and knew exactly what he was doing. He is easy to work with and is very intelligent. He will bring a number of examples of what he has done as well as other patterns, colors, and styles of what he can do as well. There were a couple of minor things he said he would finish, but they took him a longer time to finish as they were not vital parts of the job. It looks very good and we get comments on it from total strangers.”
“Overall went very smoothly. Atila listened to what we needed and was quick to remedy the situation. A different concrete contractor did our job of a stamped concrete and colored concrete in our yard and around our pool. The first time we went out to use our pool Memorial Day weekend, we realized everything was slippery, and an accident waiting to happen. Apparently he did not use sand and the correct sealer when he did the job. Atila was referred to us from a friend that had recently used him. Her pool area is perfect and not slippery at all. Atila repaired the job for us, scheduled us in at a very busy time for him knowing that we wanted to use our pool. He was very accomodating and neat while working. He even skimmed my pool when he was done. I will use him in the future and refer him to all my friends.”
